Dachu Culture maps, interprets and connects UK–China creative education partnership opportunities across joint programmes, progression pathways, research collaboration, joint studios and cultural projects.
We support institutions first: understanding their goals, mapping suitable partners, preparing institutional briefs, coordinating conversations and developing pilot-ready collaboration models.
From concept to pilot, Dachu Culture helps institutions structure partnership opportunities, prepare briefing materials, coordinate early-stage engagement and produce next-step recommendations.
Dachu Culture does not make admissions decisions or alter university entry standards. Where student progression is involved, all applications remain subject to the relevant university’s official process and criteria.
Partnership Models
Academic Resources, Public References & Dachu Practice Foundation
Dachu Culture works as a UK–China creative education partnership development platform. We map academic resources, interpret public partnership models, prepare institution-facing briefs and support early-stage conversations that may develop into pilot projects and longer-term collaboration.
This page presents selected reference models and programme architectures that inform our work in joint programmes, postgraduate progression, portfolio review, joint creative studios, research collaboration and cultural education projects.

This reference model illustrates how a high-level short academic programme can be structured for selected university students. It typically combines academic lectures, skills-based workshops, small-group supervision, guest perspectives, institutional or industry visits and a final capstone project.

Art & Design Collaborative Degree
Graphic Arts, Fashion Design and Studio-Based Education
The partnership between the University of Southampton’s Winchester School of Art and Dalian Polytechnic University covers Graphic Arts and Fashion Design. Students complete the relevant courses in Dalian, where the programme structure mirrors the WSA UK curriculum, with the option to transfer to the UK programme after the second year.

Progression Pathway
Structured Routes from Partner Institutions to UK Study
Pathway partnerships offer students flexible access routes to higher education, enabling them to study initially in their home country before progressing to NTU programmes. Dachu Culture assists institutions in exploring progression and articulation models for postgraduate study and creative disciplines, covering UK university entry requirements, subject matching, portfolio requirements, and communication pathways with potential partners.

Media, Museums and Heritage Collaboration
postgraduate collaboration models between NTU and Communication University of China (CUC) across creative and cultural fields, including media, museum studies, heritage management, communication, and the cultural industries. Relevant postgraduate programmes include MA Broadcast Journalism, MA Media and Globalisation, and MA Museum and Heritage Management, among others. In 2021, the scope of collaboration was further expanded to include a dual bachelor’s degree programme in Advertising — awarded by CUC — and Media Communications — awarded by NTU.
Dachu Culture maps creative and cultural postgraduate collaboration models across media, museum studies, heritage management, communication and cultural industries.
