Partnerships

Connecting UK-China creative education, academic and cultural resources.

Dachu Culture develops partnerships between UK and Chinese institutions across creative education, cultural exchange and academic collaboration.

We identify relevant institutions, map academic and creative resources, coordinate conversations, structure collaboration models and support pilot projects that can develop into long-term partnerships.

Our Role

Dachu Culture works as an independent partnership development platform. We support institutions by identifying relevant partners, preparing collaboration proposals, coordinating communication and helping early-stage ideas become structured projects.

What We Connect

We connect institutions and resources across:
universities and art schools;
academic departments and research groups;
artists, designers and creative educators;
cultural organisations, museums and heritage platforms;
short programme, summer school, workshop and studio-based learning resources.

How We Facilitate Partnerships

1. Map
We identify relevant institutions, departments, programmes and academic contacts.

2. Match
We assess alignment between institutional goals, subject areas, student profile and partnership potential.

3. Structure
We help shape the collaboration into a clear model, such as a pathway discussion, workshop, joint studio, portfolio review mechanism or research exchange.

4. Coordinate
We arrange conversations, prepare briefing materials, support bilingual communication and keep both sides aligned.

5. Develop
We support pilot activities, collect feedback, prepare project reports and advise on next steps towards longer-term cooperation.

What We Deliver

Depending on the project, our outputs may include:

  • partner mapping reports;
  • programme and academic contact mapping;
  • institutional briefing documents;
  • meeting agendas and follow-up notes;
  • collaboration concept notes;
  • pilot project plans;
  • portfolio review or workshop frameworks;
  • project feedback summaries;
  • next-step partnership recommendations.

Partnership Principles

We believe successful international partnerships require clarity, transparency and institutional trust. Dachu Culture does not award degrees, make admissions decisions or guarantee admission outcomes.

Our role is to support responsible partnership development, resource coordination and project facilitation. Formal joint programmes, degree arrangements, research centres or long-term institutional agreements remain subject to approval by the relevant institutions and regulatory bodies.
